Runks grew up in Midland, Texas, earned a B.A. From McMurry University and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, served as a Youth Minister for nearly a decade, and now travels the country communicating the gospel to teenagers, college students and adults. When not on the road he lives in Texas with his wife, Joanna, and two kids, Elli & Nick.
